Comelec: Voters Registration Requirements

I'm having a hard time checking the COMELEC Website. It always prompted me unavailable. Can you please inform me what are the requirements for Voters Registation: New Voters and Transfer Voters.

for new voters:
bring any of the following:
- current company ID with employers signature
- student's ID or library card
- postal ID
- driver's license
- NBI or PNP clearance
- SSS or GSIS ID
- IBP or PRC ID

fill-up application forms there at the site.


FOR TRANSFEREES:

Bring voters ID from your old registration site or if you do not have one, a barangay certificate from your old barangay certified that you were a registered voter there.

Fill up na lang din applications dun.

side note, naka down nga ang website ng comelec... baka nililipat ng hosting ng TIM and ng Smartmatic. hehehehe.
