The Constitution limits foreign ownership of land and businesses to only 40 percent and reserves the other 60 percent to Filipino citizens or corporations. This restriction applies to foreign ownership of land, natural resources, public utilities, media and advertising. Masisilip sila like yung nangyari sa First Pacific ni MVP sa PLDT noon. Voting rights and economic benefit dapat yung 60% sa Filipinos.
