Junked talaga kasi mali ginawa ng BIR. Hindi pala personally nakuha ni Pacman subpoena. Dapat pala may proper refusal on his part. So nadelayed lang pag-submit niya ng reply kaya nakasuhan.

Pero sa amount baka nga may settlement na lang para mabilis.

I don't mind paying the proper taxes... what miffs and pisses me off big time is seeing where our taxes go.
