Ang dami Socialized housing projects ni binay. We don't know because we don't belong to the lower part of our society. A friend told me about it. Makati will always be a binay success story. Of all the presidentiables, si binay at si duterte lang ang tunay na pilipino. Vote for a true Filipino. Only a Filipino president can understand the majority of our masa. Putting a rich kid in malacanang cannot solve our Filipino problem.

    And Binay is not rich?

Being rich or poor doesn't matter, what's important is the integrity of the person we'll put in that position. And Binay is greatly lacking in that aspect.

kevinworld, i don't like most, if not all, of your posts, but your posts here extolling the virtues of His Excellency Jejomar C Binay, Sr., the next President of the Republic of the Philippines, make great sense. rather than bash isuzu, carve your niche in this thread.

keep up the good work. persevere. great works are performed not by strength but by perseverance.

Yup so many good companies have left Makati CBD for BGC. P&G just transferred to BGC. They were in 6750 Ayala since the 90s.

OT I'm a little excited about Ayala's new project in Taguig (Arca South). It's the next BGC daw? I just hate the roads going there (East Service road)

retired generals should remain retired. these retired generals were in the active service during the administrations of marcos, estrada, and arroyo. did they make a difference curbing, if not altogether eradicating, graft. if they hadn't done anything worthwhile, other than fighting against internal or external security threats, which was actually their duty to do in the first place, while they were still in the ACTIVE service, how much more if they are already retired? they are what they are-- retired general problems. why? don't we have enough public servants or professional, honest bureaucrats who can do the job better other these retired general problems who practiced omerta once?

general danilo lim, a decorated soldier, idealist, brilliant, graduated at United States Military Academy at west point. he was an erstwhile chief of operations of the bureau. despite of his credentials, WALA DIN
NAGAWA SA CUSTOMS. so he resigned.

LESSER ANIMALS like retarded, este retired, generals, could not do any better. Let people from the private sector with proven honesty, unassailable integrity, strong political run the BOC.

I am okay with generals serving the public as long as they are qualified (MAM, MBA etc degress holders) after all they are leaders din naman. But giving them position in gov't as payment for "utang na loob" is not right in the first place.

I think some of them did well in gov't naman. But if majority fails then maybe they should not be hired anymore indeed. Don't have data on that.

you will integrate this retired generals into the civilian government you will see the dawning of your end. although they are already retired, more than 30 years in the military, they still cannot shake off that military mindset. they are YES, SIR! YES, MA'AM!

look what happened to general angelo reyes. another brilliant, decorated soldier. he had a master's degree in public administration from kennedy school of government at harvard, but he chose to kill himself rather than expose his benefactor.

former executive secretary eduardo ermita. competence-wise the present executive secretary is a dwarf compared to him, but when arroyo was about to resign on the heels of the "hello garci" scandal it was he and some other retired generals who staved-off that resignation. worse, after that, arroyo cabinet was over populated with retired generals, thus giving her a sense of security.

NO, THEY SHOULD REMAIN WHERE THEY ARE-- IN RETIREMENT.

there is no paucity of great leaders in this country that will propel us to greatness.

Retired Generals should remain retired at least from government service. Period. No ifs; No buts.

There are people with purer intentions, assuming everything's equal, who should take those positions.
