    To hoard sibuyas, local farmers need warehouses and cold storage. Maybe DA can raid these warehouses. Local agriculture organizations must be lying when they said harvest season starts mid-January.

    To hoard imported sibuyas, in order to wait for local supply to run out, traders can easily store the reefer containers in the port for months, especially with cheap imported costs.

    how does confiscating imports solve the problem

    kung importer ka and your products keep getting confiscated by the gov't di ka na mag iimport

    lalo kukulangin ang supply

    if you suspect importers are hoarding, raiding them isn't the solution

    mag import ang gobyerno ng malaking volume and flood the market

    babagsak ang presyo and hoarders will be hurt

    that's how you punish hoarders
