    Isabela
    Maguindanao

    Just like jueteng. People will always say that they patronize it as they receive help and goodies from the jueteng lords, and thats also what your jueteng lord will say to justify his activities. However, what these people don't see that the money/help they are receiving is just their money redistributed and is but a small percentage of what the powers that be take for their own pockets.
