Kaso meron so gawa ng paraan para mabalewala ang nagawa ng dating administrasyon. They already upgraded the coaches which in turn will require an upgrade in signalling system and power supply.

Now they are in power its their turn to upgrade what requires upgrading. The previous admin did their part in their 6 years of reign, now the current admin has to do their part.

Instead of doing their part they chose to play the blame game

either the previous responsible people did not know what they were buying, or it was all an intentional conspiracy to defraud the government of large amounts of money.

over the radio, the guy said that they bought the trains and components, piecemeal, and were supposed to "assemble and refine" them painstakingly, so that they will function well with the other components of the system.

my question to myself is, "why not just buy complete, ready-to-use trains from the original supplier? more expensive, certainly, but at least, we get to use them in our lifetime.
