It's only proper to observe dress code...

Turo din sa amin yan wayback elementary days na you should be at your "Sunday's Best" kapag magsisimba, cause you want to be presentable sa harap ni Lord.

pag naglalaro ka ba ng basketball naka-barong ka? pag pumapasok ka ba sa opisina naka-swimming trunks ka? pag nagsswimming ka sa beach naka-trenchcoat ka?

it's just common sense what to wear and what not to wear to church. honestly, it's one of the many things i admire sa INC (i'm catholic, btw)

if you can follow the required dress code for some occasion such as wedding, funeral (?), prom. debut, etc. which lasts for hours, then why can't we dress properly for a one hour mass?

but admittedly, i am sometimes guilty of not following the dress code. i sometimes go to church wearing walking shorts and t shirt. but my wife wears something appropriate for the mass.

dapat ang dress code sa church, bawal din yung mga naka tight fit na shirts na kita lahat ang kurba ng katawan ng girl. balot nga, pero bakat naman, ganun din ang effect. mas maglalaro ang imagination mo.

Should this apply to rich people who wears gold, diamonds etc. Yung mukhang walking pawnshops. You wear those to get noticed, so wearing tiny/fit dress would have teh same purpose. But if we ban gold maybe we should ban also the crowns that our saints wear since it represents gold. come to think of it there are lots of gold looking things in our church. Now im getting confused...

I honestly think not. I do this when I drive, when I'm in school when I'm doing just anything.

If you can be tempted by such a small thing as "tight clothes" religion should be the least of your problem.

As long as people are not just going through the motion of worshipping, does it really matter what they're wearing??? Unless god post in this thread then I don't think he cares.

edit I swim in my pajamas to spite the life guard.

edit2 if it interest me enough, I'll start my religion recquiring people to worship naked.
