    Dapat sana, hindi allowed makapag file for candidacy anyone na in prison or may ongoing serious criminal cases.
    I know that this may lead to someone currently in power to use this to their advantage.
    But there should be a rule for this para maiwasan tong taking advantage of popularity.

    Ang ruling ng Comelec kasi dito is conviction for moral turpitude lang ang basis for disqualification but then again they allowed BBM to run kahit convicted siya for tax evasion.

    i didn't view the video,
    but someone always has his reasons, for wanting to run for public office.
    it is our-the-citizen-voter's logical duty, to determine if he is worthy of our trust.
    as is the old saying, "old dogs may not learn new tricks." however they used to work before, is how they will probably conduct public office.
