    utak posporo.....

    Hay. Ang Dami.

    National Level:

    1. Raul Gonzales - Justice Secretary (dapat injustice secretary ang tawag! for drafting EO 464, PP 1017, promoter of CPR)
    2. Mike Defensor - Presidential Chief of Staff (lies through his teeth and braces)
    3. Ignacio Bunye - Press Secretary (da infamous...ay, di pala authorized tape 'yan!)
    4. Eduardo Ermita - Executive Secretary (the man behind GMA's Machiavellian moves)
    5. Sen. Francis Pangilinan - all form and no substance
    6. Sen. Jinggoy Estrada - should've stuck to being mayor of San Juan or being an extra...este actor pala.
    7. Sen. Juan Ponce Enrile- the shameless author of the 1997 Internal Revenue Code. Now you know who's responsible for our screwed up tax laws.
    8. Sen. Ralph "Mr. Vilma Santos" Recto - who supposedly stood up against the imposition of the expanded VAT on electricity and water...well, what do you know? How quickly he made the 360 degree turn.
    9. Sen. Frank Drilon - an opportunist as far as I know
    10. Sen. Bong Revilla & Lito Lapid - puro porma lang. Just stick to making movies.

    Local Level:

    1. Jojo Binay, Mayor - Emperor of the Independent State of Binay (aka Makati City)
    2. Vicente Eusebio, Mayor - Pasig City (destroyed the evidence pertaining to illegal drugs found a stone's throw away from Pasig City Hall)
    3. Gov. Chavit Singson - "Wala akong napakinabangan sa Jueteng. Si Erap lang."

I'd include her...but when I think about it, the people who gives her bad legal advice like Gonzales and Nachura are more deserving of my contempt.

Sorry, but I'll have to stand by my statement that Frank Drilon is an opportunist. This goes all the way back from the time that he and his wife Violeta tried to rig the elections for the IBP presidency.

and then people wouldn't dare to replace gma because most people believe that noli de castro in incapable of governing the country...but here we are we have a president who don't know which one is a good or bad advice? do you think noli de castro is worse (compared to gma) in evaluating which advise works best for the country?

We've seen it happened during Erap's reign, do you like to see it again?

I haven't given an opinion on GMA's capacity to determine what's good or bad advice. Then again, it would be foolish to believe that no one besides her can govern. Trust me on this...she'll be replaced eventually because her term has a constitutional limit.

As far as Noli De Castro is concerned, he's by far the most recognizable fifth wheel the government has, relying only on work assignments given to him by the President --- none of which so far matters, as far as national interest or public interest is concerned. I digress though. To answer your question, I don't think he'll do any worse than GMA (which is to say it'll probably still be bad no matter what).

for me is the escudero guy.

He easily blames people for whatever bad is happening to the nation.
He instill fear to the masses by spreading paranoia.
He points to problems and blames the people involved without giving a solution to the problem.

The worst kind of politician to me.

politicians are human not Gods... so i understand their lapses... except for a very few... and the number one in my list would be francis escudero... if hindi siya nagbebenefit or hindi ikakaganda ng image niya kakalabanin niya... he wants everyone to panic then magchaos then revolution... puro turo ng turo kung sino ang iblame pero wala naman siyang ginawa kung hindi magtuturo lang at walang solusyon...

another one would be drilon... oportunista at its finest... if i were him, i would just accept the brutal fact that he would never be the president of this country... he is not charismatic, not a great leader, and could not stand up on his own...

jinggoy, lapid, revilla, and the likes... do i need to explain? politics is different from showbiz... it doesnt mean kaya mo ibuka ang bibig mo and alam mo ang problem politiko ka na...

pimentel - "50 wise man saying a foolish thing wont make it any wiser..." perfect quote or anecdote, wrong context...

the only problem with our "so-called" leaders is that they cant stand-up on their own and could be easily swayed by demonstrations, organizations, and the masses... i dont like GMA, but she is one of the few who can call unpopular but right-for-the-long-term shots... evat was very much contested by everyone, but it brought good results to us (stronger market, more fdi, stronger peso, better credit ratings, bigger govt revenues) and i'll give her the credit for that... that alone makes her one of the very very few capable leaders that is truly qualified in the highest post in this country...
