    Let me correct a bit as i lived in Bangkal for 35 yrs. Taga Pio del Pilar (beside Bangkal) cya that's why there is Binay street in that barangay. He collects kanin baboy then but now has his huge piggery farm in Ibaan, Batangas. We also both hail from the same town of Bauan, Batangas. Taga Aplaya cya (meaning beside the sea shore) kaya dark.

    You mean the place used to be called "Kuli-kuli" where all the cabarets used to be in the 60s, a stone throw away from their place.

    I remember the older guys mentioning kuli kuli. Sa Pio del Pilar pala iyan.
