I tested my strada 2002 this PM if it's equipped with LSD. Turned one rear wheel but the other one didn't follow. But when I rotated the propeller shaft, both wheels spinned in the same direction. Does it mean my strada has LSD?:?:

Yung tiyo ko po nagpakabit ng 4WD sa kanyang Patrol Presidential edition. P205,000.00 po ata ang gastos. Pero I didn't notice any rear differential locker switch sa loob. Ewan ko lang baka hindi ko lang nakita.

Sa 4wd conversion ng casa hindi kasama ang rear diff lock. You still have to buy an ARB air locker (from RATS?) for this.

Ako open diffs at both ends. Daig pa ko ng Starex. :mrgreen:

On LSD-equipped Pajeros, there is an orange tag on the driver's side doorjamb (safety and maintenance warning). Try tho check the axle housing too if the tag saying it has an LSD is still there.

Selected models lang ang may LSD. Sa US it was an option along with the headlamp washers and suspension seat (driver's side lang ang may suspension sa kanila).

Some Pajeros came with full locking rear differentials. The switch is located near the driver's right knee beside the 'power outlet' and there is a (big) label on the center console regarding its use.

Magkano ba diff ng 'Rex? Kung aabot ng 40K mag-ARB air locker ka na.

Yung sa Starex 4x4 siguro pwede yung LSD. Ewan ko yung sa 4X2.

FYI: For Trooper owners: Ang option code ng LSD is G80. You can check this sa mfg plate sa engine bay. I have it on my Trooper/Big Horn 93.:lol:

Don't think so since the prop shaft has to turn both wheels in the same direction. You probably have open diffs. Most LSD's have a tag/sticker on the diff housing specifically saying "LSD".

On local troopers, there's a label on the bottom of the diff that gives the specs, ie, LSD, GL5 oil.

Partida pa ni Otep yan! Never ko nga nakitang nagspin yung rear tires mo sa trails sa hi-peak kahit open diffs ka. :mrgreen:

I just happen to browse thru our catalogues here, and found out that locally sold Pajero's have the same part numbers as with Starex diffs. I don't know much about their gear ratios but there is a possibility to your itch, pajerokid. :mrgreen:
