Yup, gagana pa din ang ABS. The ABS does not read the rotor itself. May wheel speed sensor siya which gets a signal from a metal ring which moves along with the wheels.
ABS just basically waits for the brake (in a specific wheel) to lock then relieves some pressure to get it rolling again. It does not care what rotors or pads you have on your vehicle.
Changing the overall diameter of the wheel and tire combo can sometimes cause more problems than doing a brake upgrade.
