my 4d56 turbo is seeking help, wala kasi syang nakakabit na wastegate actuator. kailangan ko ng magaling na mekaniko nya para mapagana turbo at lagyan ng gauge at actuator, anybody knows

Thanks for the info nightrock, they advise me to replace brand new turbo assembly instead of looking for a parts I need.I hope i can find a total wreck engine just to get the actuator I need.

I suggest you first scout around for the needed part/s in Banawe.

why dont you install na lang a manual boost control, so that you can play around pa with the boost.

nugundam, i called bicutan and brand new price is Php8,087.00 which is konti na lang surplus assembly na ng turbo kaya nagse *** pa isip ko kung papa order ko.

ARB salamat din at binigyan mo ako ng idea amg manual pero wala akong idea kung paano? kung pwede D.I.Y. or kung sino marunong. bago pa lang kasi ko nagpajero ng second hand 1990 na gas at nagpalit ako ng diesel kaya wala akong alam masyado sa diesel especially sa turbo and modification.

nakakuha na po ako ng wastegate actuator para sa aking turbong di gumagana, question ko n lang po ay kung paano po connection ng dalawang tubong maliit sa turbine, paki correct lang po ako kung yun isa po ba ay papuntang actuator at yung isa ay papuntang injection pump?

when you rev your engine na ka stationary the turbo wont boost up that high to move/open the wastegate. there must be a load or the car must be running. to best see if the wastegate is working is to get yourself a boost gauge and see if you have too much boost or too little.

pwede ba yung mumurahin na gauge? tapos connection nya T lang sa hose ng turbine at actuator papuntang gauge?
