Tuff-Kote Rustproofing

I just had the Frontier 4x4 of my brother rustproofed today. Napansin kong after the initial rustproof ay di na nila nire-respray ang sidewall ng mga pick-up beds during the succeeding annual inspections. They (Tuff-Kote) told me na di daw masyado nababasa sidewall kaya di included sa regular yearly inspection package. I had it re-sprayed today just to make sure. To those with pick-ups having their yearly rustproofing: I suggest that the bed sidewalls of your trucks be re-sprayed for maximum protection.

ok po ba experience ninyo sa tuff-kote?
itong revo (year 2003) na nakuha namin sa toyota makati eh meron additional free rust proofing sa underside lang.. kaso pag tinignan mo ilalam ng car eh kita mo pa din mga turnilyo sa chasis at parang hindi lahat nilagyan ng rust proofing.. tinanong ko sa toyota yung naglagay at ganon lang daw... kaya ngayon eh balak ko pumunta mismo sa office ng tuff-kote kung ano tama at baka pwede ko i-upgrade rust proofing para kasama mga doors at iba pa..

yung sa isang revo namin eh ziebart ang free rustproofing ng toyota balintawak (year 2000) at lahat eh binugahan ng rustproofing ang ilalim except the muffler..

in our experience ok yan tuffkote na yan. d lang sa ilalim ang rustproofing kundi pati sa loob ng mga pinto din. sa ilalim, yung parang aspalto ang nakalagay pero sa loob ng pintuan ay yung yung yellow colored na chemical, malagkit din sya tulad nung pang-ilalim. our gen1 pajero had it nung brand new back in '89(kasama ito sa selling price nya aside from the 8 dip zero rust ng mitsubishi) walang kalawang until we sold it last year. pero dats assuming na maalaga ka rin and d ka nakatira malapit sa dagat, i.e. normal exposure sa elements lang. as far as i'm concerned ok yng tuff kote. happy nga ako na pati yung bmw na knuha namin last year me tuff-kote rustproofing din.

how much would a full tuff-kote cost? underside and sidewalls?

We have the same experience with Sir momoyster. All of our vehicles are rustproofed with Tuff-Kote. We have a 10 year old rustfree Feroza as it's proof. Medyo mahal lang nga initial rustproofing nila. I recall more than 4,000 depende pa sa type ng vehicle. Tapos less then 2k ang yearly application niya.
Maganda din po ang Ziebart though a little bit expensive than Tuff-Kote.

You can find Tuff-Kote at the end of Tomog Ave, Q.C. near the rotunda. Katabi po niya ay AC Delco Service Center.

sa ziebart ang initial rust proofing nila eh from 8000php to 9000php and lifetime warranty daw... kumpleto din rustproofing nila dahil ni-drill nila mga doors/back doors at mga sealed area sa lower part ng car.. den ang yearly maintenance fee eh nasa 600php para sa reapplication ng rustproofing..

sige try ko inquire sa tuff-kote kung ano mga services nila..

try automobile kote. they have good service there. its like tuff kote, they spray the underside w/ a black colored chemical, then they use a wax-like chemical for the insides of the doors. my xuv was charged P3000 lang ata (suki na kasi ako). what's nice about it is that if you bring the car for quarterly inspection, they apply another layer for 're-touching'. so the more you come back, the more layer of rustproofing you get.

its just beside honda cars caloocan, along edsa in balintawak. try nyo.
