Beefy, i get my 555 parts from Motorix in Banawe. Siguradong orig.

Orig 555 products have a hologram which says 555 and part of the box has 555 stamped onto it.

30K? sheesh, i replaced those exact same parts, and then some, for a third of that price :D

beefy,Sa three-five parts... (may tawad pa)

    1. Upperarm assembly = ???
    2. Lower ball joint = P800
    3. Inner and Outer Tire rod = Inner P750, Outer P650
    4. pitman arm = P1100
    5. Idler arm = P2000+ (last year ko pa pinalitan)

attend the dc eb, i'll take a look at your suspension. Typically, i get P50 off each part.

Thanks a lot Pajerokid and to everyone! :D

I pulled out my pajero this morning from the cas(Diamond Santolan) and had it rechecked at Servitek.

Sabi ng mechanic, ball joint lang kailangan palitan.. no need to change yung iba. They quoted me for 1,300 for each ball joint(same price as Diamond as they are official distributor of mitsubishi products).

One last thing, what is this 555 brand? Is this Orig Mitsubishi?

Pajerokid, reliable and reputable ba yung Motorix?

    Thanks everyone!

btw, these are the prices of the parts at Mitsubishi

    1. Upperarm assembly = 4500
    2. Lower ball joint = 1348
    3. Inner and Outer Tire rod = Inner 1500, Outer P932
    4. pitman arm = P3478
    5. Idler arm = P2532

Three-Five is a Japanese company which makes replacement suspension parts for most popular vehicles. They used to have a website, I don't know if its still up.

I think they also supply manufacturers on an OEM basis in some regions. But those parts don't wear the Three-Five brand anymore since they are sold in OEM packaging.

Is it as good as mitsubishi oem parts?

Accdg to Pajerokid, 555 ball joint is around P800 while mitsubishi's around 1300

yah, it's as good! take it from us, nasubukan na namin ang 555 as long as its genuine. naku, eh nagkalat ang fake na 555 so be careful! take the advise of pajerokid and go to motorix.

there is a premium in buying mitsu orig parts or any other OEM parts for that matter. but please remember that most of the wearable parts are supplied by independent manufacturers.

heck, i even do not go to bmw casa anymore for my E36 because of my frustrations with them!!!

Ako rin sir Woodfire, Its been years since i've seen the inside of a casa (hindi yung patay sindi heheheh). Actually ganyan din ang motorix, but at half the rate siguro.

Actually beefy, i dare say that 555 parts are even better than OEM! Why, because all their suspension parts come with grease nipples! Yung oem natin sa pajer, hindi serviceable yung ibang parts like (correct me if im wrong) the all joints and tie rod ends.

tutal, were talking about suspensions... tulong naman!!! merong mysterious kalampag yung Pajero ko huhuhuhu!!! im actually thinking of selling it off and getting an E36 (idol ko si sir Woodfire eh :D ). Which is a shame coz parang brandnew talaga yung ride except for that kalampag! arrrrgh!!!!

ok ba gumawa ang motorix? P800 lang charge(labor) ng servitec to replace ball joints

Di ko tuloy alam kung bili ako sa motorix then pagawa sa servitec or sa motorix narin pagawa...

btw, pag inayos yung ball joint, ma-aapektuhan ba yung selectable suspension ngpajero? I mean will they manipulate the shocks and do they know how to put it back

    thanks

    beefy,

mas maganda eh panoorin mo habang ginagawa nila at di nila madaliin..

ang advice ko lang pang ni-align na yung mga tires mo eh wag mo pababaklas yung steering wheel.. minsan kasi eh align na gulong mo pero naka-kabig sa kanan or kaliwa yung steering wheel pag straight driving.. insist on correcting it sa tire mismo...

NApakatibay ng suspension ng pajero. pag sinabuhan kang sira ang upper a arm assembly ingat na. hindi nasisira ito unless you get into a really big accident. \

a pajeros weak parts are, tie rod ends (lahat naman ng auto mahina ito), ball joints, and idler arm

    Beffy,

Believe me when I say Three-Five parts are good. I've been to lahar country and I've climbed Hi-Peak Zambales in them. They are tough.

Best service talaga is si Chieffy!

Update lang, i hope i'm still on topic....

I just came from my New Official Talyer Marc Caltex in Paco, and yes, chieffy and his crew were able to remove the cursed kalampag! YAHOOOOOO!!!!

As it turns out, the mechanics from my ex-official talyer "forgot" to put the circlips back on the outer spline of my left Axle!!! Gademit!!! Hayun! ok na, sobra!!!

During the course of hunting down the said kalampag, i have nearly replaced all the replaceable underchassis parts of my car.

But guess what? My 7 year old truck feels oh sooooo new!!!

Except for the ever-squeaking rear seats, totally silent si Paje ngayon! hanep.....

    now i can rest......

    sayang..... bye bye E36 Coupe......
