    luckytruck:

sensya na....baguhan po e...sabi kasi ng mekaniko, top overhaul na!

e mas maganda kung opinions of experts like you, tsikoteers. kasi alam ninyo kung niloloko kayo ng mekaniko o hinde...

ok lang naman ang power ...pero I am wanting to get it CC nga...e pag blow by na daw the engine will not benefit na rin diba? so, i wanna make sure of the engine's condition 1st before taking it to Manila for CC...etc

Doc, sorry kung medyo tatanga-tanga ako. Do I understand correctly that carbon cleaning is good for carbureted cars as well as injected cars? Or is it for fuel-injected cars only?

    My PAJ currently at BETAN.

    -Injection Pump Overhaul
    -Carbon Clean

Makuha ko around 4pm. I visited it kanina napansin ko malaki tinahimik nung engine after the Injection overhaul. Ngayon Carbon Clean naman.

Re: Engine pag bumigay na? Eats a lot of oil. Oil at the of the tailpipe. During IDLING, open the OIL cap...pag malakas usok na parang tambutso sign din yon.

you probably won't notice that your engine is already in a loose compression state since you won't notice any significant decrease in power or in diesel consumption but when you take a look at your oil usage, this will tell you somehow.

usually nakukuha ito sa top overhaul but some engines develop more than a problem that a top overhaul can solve.

tama si frt about the engine......

carbon clean is not only for diesel, it can be used for gas both carbureted and fuel injected. as long as it can be attached with the proper fittings, we can do it but of course we have to check the engine condition.

diesel engines are like women.....pamper them and they will last, neglect them and they will develop problems...he he he

took my oilcap off while idling, wala pa namang usok.

guys, sa 4d56t, what level should the oil be when looking into the cap? i know i am supposed to look at the dipstick, pero curious lang ako

    andy,
taking off the cap will let you see the rocker arms and all, this should be coated with oil but not overflowing.

Yung sa Carbon Clean kaya half day.

Yung Injector overhaul 1 whole day.

Kasi yung PAJ ko bago ko CARB Clean wala naman usok so no difference as far as smoke belch is concerned (rev up to 5k rpm for 30 secs no smoke)

Sa fuel consumption ko gusto malaman kung tumipid. Papa full tank pa ko and drive around then measure.

Yung sa Injector overhaul may leak kasi kaya pinaayos ko na. Medyo tumahimik makina. sana titipid din.

    Update ko ulit.
