October 14th, 2006 08:57 PM #4hindi naman po nagtitipid.. kelangan lang kasi ng sasakyan pag nasa cebu kami.. pag pinabarge namin ang ahal.. our kids will be travelling by air.. so malamang kami lang po ng hubby ko ang babyahe..please help...

but the trip is kapagod they say kaya it's not worth it. mahal din naman magagastos mo kasi you still have to put the car in a ferry mga twice. one in crossing from sorsogon to samar and then from leyte to cebu. cost is almost ganun din taking into account the gas and the ferry fare.
if you don't have anybody with you in the vehicle who knows the way, better not push for it baka magkaligaw ligaw lang kayo.

October 15th, 2006 02:14 AM #8I suggest that you ship the car to Cebu and everyone travels by air. That is the most cost effective way IMO.
By the way, how many are you? When do you plan to travel? What vehicle are you bringing?

October 15th, 2006 03:16 AM #9safe pa naman po.. kung di sya comfortable sa samar..wag na lang syang mag biyahe sa gabi doon... yung NPA, dito pa lang sa sariaya, atimonan, lopez and milaor, sang katutak na, but they pose no threat to civilians, mas kitatakutan pa nga namin ang mga kotong cops and of course yung holdaper, which is omni-present.. so kung no option talaga, go ahead and enjoy... bring all proper documents para walang hassle .. mahaba lang biyahe, Originally Posted by kate_tee29

October 15th, 2006 03:21 AM #10ive tried many trips along that road.. by gods grace, wala naman pong nangyaring masama.. mas natatakot pa nga akong masiraan ng sasakyan kesa sa security ng lugar... but mabuti na rin po ang nag-iingat..
