I just read at the inquirer business site, under Victor Agustin's column Cocktales saying that toyota might bring back the LandCruiser and Previa and maybe even the Lexus models into the country because of the new excise tax law and that ford will re-introduce the Mazda brand again with their high end model cars. It all depends if it's good news or bad news for you. Bad news for me because I cannot afford any of those vehicles, good news probably for those politicos and ultra rich folk.

Ford has been mulling the Mazda re-opening for years. In fact many Ford employees were in line to run Mazda, but they kept postponing. Probably because of the weak economy.

Heres another rumor - Land Rover reopening - postponed again!

there's an ad this morning in the business section of the Inquirer. RX-8 yung nasa pic! And yes, they were inviting investors.

On the Land Cruiser, it never really left. The LC100 is still part of Toyota's lineup, but not many can afford its 5.1M+ entry price.

Nandito naman talaga ang Peugeot. Ang problema nila, walang maka-pronounce ng pangalan nila kaya walang bumibili at nakakaalala.

actually, that was the way i pronounced it before. but my gf who is staying at UK laugh at me when she heard that from me. sabi nya "po-joe" daw talaga pag pronounce. i watch several times a motor review program at BBC and the guys there pronounced it as "po-joe"....or maybe i have a hearing problem...;)
