We were pounded here sa East Coast with heavy snow umabot ng 6-8 inches may mga nabalahaw na mga tsikot, buti na lang nakalusot ako.
Ma feel mo talaga na parang slushy ice yung dianadaanan, while accelerating sometimes the vehicle would spin the front wheels then the rear would dig in and give added traction, pag mag make naman ng turn nag siside ng konti yung front ( as if you were making a big turn), but no fish tailing.
ABS, you could feel pulsations sa pedal as if parang may mga dumadaang mga gamunggong bola sa brake lines.
It was really a mixed feeling of excitedness, nervousness and fun while driving in the snow.
Nakakatemp na maglaro sa empty parking space (All wheel fun).
Question lang should the ABS lamp turn on and off while the vehicle is using the ABS feature during braking.

hmmm...in my experience with a gen 2.5 protege with ABS, di naman iilaw yung ABS light niya except during startup, you just feel it with the brakes.

sorry sir Rediesel, i was wrong. yung traction control pala yung normally nagbi-blink as a signal to the driver that it is engaging, not the ABS light - like the guys above said. i got confused as to which lights were which.
the manual on my bimmer says that the ABS light should stay off, and when it comes on (stays on, doesn't blink) then i will need to have the system checked.
