called GM Shaw yesterday and they said that the part they ordered was still on its way. i asked what part was that and they said it was a new PCM (ECU). i asked kailan pa ba inorder yun, matagal na daw. i asked kung kailan darating yung part, hindi daw alam. kailan marerelease yung unit? hindi rin daw alam. if the vehicle was no longer under warranty, how much would the total repair charges cost? P80,000 daw.
anak ng tikoy. Chinese new year na, almost exactly one month na andun yung sasakyan!! oblong na ata yung apat na gulong nun sa kakaupo dun sa service bay.
wala pang balita tungkol dun sa little demand letter though hehe.
Maybe that would force GM to improve their services.
800kms lang naman ang byahe ko one-way and I drive alone (one time pa lang) he he
ECU daw ang nasira kina mbt. nangyari na dati sa CRV ko yan. nasira din yung ECU. brother ko yung gumamit at that time, meron ka date pero unlike the venture, umaandar naman ang engine, wala lang aircon and other electrical components. agad naman napalitan ng honda. buti nalang under warranty pa. P60K ang charge kung out of warranty.
hehe vehicle's still under warranty, fortunately (about 5 months before it expires). we're gonna sell the thing most probably though (if we still get it back hehe), the prospect of shelling out huge money to keep the thing running after the warranty period is too unnerving hehe.
