    The Mitsubishi 4D55 diesel engine has a displacement of 2.3 liters and is a common Gen. 1 Pajero diesel engine from 1986 downwards. It was replaced with the 4D56 2.5 liter diesel engine in 1986. Both are SOHC with 8 valves per cylinder. The current rating for the 4D56 turbo diesel intercooler is 105 PS/4,200 rpm and 24.5 kgm/2,000 rpm. I have no specific horsepower and torque rating for 4D55 but definitely it's lower than the 4D56. :D
