    Hi Gurus!

    I'm just wondering if ever my engine needs a valve clearance adjustment. Na overhaul kasi engine ko 2 months ago and I just wanna know if I need to check this. Napansin ko kasi medyo nag iba yung tunog nga makina ko. BTW, my ride is MB100D. Tama ba OM602 or similar to it and engine ng MB100s?

    Yes, may set specs ang valve clearance niyan. But we have never had ours adjusted ever since we got the vehicle new in '97.

    SIr Otep,

    Since my engine was overhauled, I am thinking na baka nga wala sa specs kaya I asked kung pwede ito sa engine natin. I researched and found out that intake is .10mm and exhaust is .30mm measured between rocker arm pad and cam.

    I will just have to ask my mechanic to check it. Thanks a lot!
