we went there this afternoon. bawal magpicture sa showroom. Wasnt able to take the pics of the cars there but I was able to take some pictures of the pick-ups sa AutoProminence.

Saw the Nexus Hover upclose. Build and quality not that satisfying. Saw the Nexus All-Terrain, sobrang rip-off ng LC80. Yung Nexus N1, N2, NX1 and NX4 sobrang below par ng quality though sinasabi ng sales rep eh they will improve it when APC starts assembling these vehicles here. Basing on the aesthetics and quality, not worth it. Alam nung sales rep na taga Yehey.com ako kasi siya yung hiningan ko ng flyer ng Hover sa Rockwell.

We also went to the Audi-APC showroom to meet the Advertising and Promotions manager. Sus grabe, she's so cold. Inantay pa nya ako magsalita, wala man lang smile. Natrauma ata sa mga media. hehehe

oh sh*t!! their pick-up is a total rip-off from the front fascia of the dmax, to add insult to the injury, the body was derived in the Fuego / Frontier / Eagle series...

will these junks ever gonna sell?

I went to their showroom this afternoon to check them out. I can sum up the nexus experience in these four words:

    vulgar
    obscene
    insulting
    offensive

im referring to the DMax. my family happened to own one... i really love my truck, but to see it, being copied and altering its smooth lines, i hate it.

guys guys... nag demanda ba ang toyota nung kinopya ng mga laterong pinoy ang FX and REVO? wala di ba hehe... so this is just the same hehe... pulido lang ang pag-kopya hehe..

wala bang patent ang design ng mga vehicles? on my opinion sana meron..

ang laki ng mark-up ng APC, 11,0000 to 15,000usd daw from china based sa thread dito so that's 572K to 780K *52xrate .. tapos 1.4M benta... tsk tsk..

pero baka di tumagal ng 2 years mga nexus na ito.. dadami ang surplus parts na hehe..

Actually, there are copyrights on many designs, but you have to prove that the "copycat" is indeed identical, or is trying to mislead buyers into thinking it is. Japanese companies often have wars over even the tiniest little detail (like the shape of the grille), and sometimes, money changes hands.

But with Chinese companies, it's nearly impossible for anyone to prosecute copycats, because intellectual property rights aren't respected in China. As long as the company's head office resides in China, they can get away with almost anything.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
