My cousin who has a Feroza just discovered that his right wheel hub was locked while his left is free. He has been driving for the past few months on 2WD. May masisira ba dito?
Thanks.

Don't worry so much about it. Basta fully locked or fully free yung hub ok lang kahit magkaiba orientation nila.

makikita mo manual hubs sa mga may part-time 4wd like gen.1 pajeroes, some gen2 pajero, LC40,etc... basta may part time 4wd..

It is a switch that allows you to unlock the front hubs when 4wd is not in use so the front wheels can freewheel without having to turn the front halfshafts, differential or front propshaft.
Para maka-save sa wear and tear and lessen mechanical noise.
Most modern vehicles don't have freewheel hubs. Axle disconnect na ang gamit (vacuum powered).
