longest drive for me is 1600 miles in 20 hrs. from SanDiego to
Washington state . 12 hrs straight driving then pahinga na every 3 hrs.

At the rate you mentioned, your average speed would be 80 mph or 135 KPH!!! :shock: :shock: holy cow!! e meron pang pit stops yun. ano fastest driving speed mo? 200 KPH or about 120 mph? only goes to show what kind of roads (and vehicles) we have here in RP. dito, if you get 150 kms in 3 hrs okay na e .
last Friday nga, it took me 11 hrs from Antipolo to Baguio. that's about 300 kms in 11 hours or about 16 mph average speed :rool: . sabagay, grabe talga nung last friday because of the exodus of metro manilans to the northern provinces.

ako 8 hours(5pm-1am)e... just from UST to timog... hehehe... baha nun eh... labas ako school... baha na... lowered pa naman car ko... pinasok nga ng konting tubig eh.. kakaasar... heheh buti nalang may kasama ako... tagabili ko ng food.. xempre ndi ko naman pwede iwan car sa gitna... 5pm-9pm.... from parking space to laonlaan cor. lacson palang yun... hehe.... thats only 5 min walking distance... bad trip kasi sa laon laan... 1 way but sinasalubong dahil... ayaw dumaan sa ibang street mga tao... buhol buhol tuloy... heheh 9pm-1am... umabot ako ng mabuhay circle... then... mabuhay circle to timog(bahay ko) hehe 5 min lang ata... alang ka kotse kotse... sobrang sakit na pwet ko sa tagal.... tsk tsk tsk

denver colorado-to-s.f.california 1,300 miles 20 hours straight at I-80 o yung suzuki xl7, stops for gas only and wiwi. pagdating ko ng san francisco hindi ko na maramdaman yung braso ko. pabalik nag I-15 ako then I-70east dumaan ng las vegas tapos utah. langya init sa nevada.

i did two longest drives na:

a) one is makati to baguio non-stop. took me five hours.
b) the second one is about three years ago. nung ginagawa pa skyway sa sshiway, bumabayo, baha 70% of the entire superhighway. took me six hours, makati to alabang lang.

Going South
Left Manila 9 AM - arrived Naga at 5 PM after two days balik Manila via the same route

Going North
Left Manila 9 AM - arrived Baguio 2 PM same day ( three stop overs )
left Baguio 6 AM the next day - arrived Pagudpud 5 PM got lost inside Laoag trying to find the exit for Pagudpud.

Next Road trip is to tour further South going to Cebu.....

Longest drive ko from Bangor Maine to Daytona Beach, FL... tindi hehe, kawawa yung Hyundai na rental....

Total Distance: 1487.88 miles
Estimated Driving Time: 24 hours, 13 minutes

Kaya lang dami namin side trips along the way, mga 4 days inabot one way hehe... sulit yung rental, halos nakalbo yung gulong... :P

Manchester, NH to NYC... mga 4 hrs ang byahe for over 250 miles... with traffic na yan...

Dito papunta lang sa Batangas City over 2 hrs na tapos ang lapit lapit lang... hehe

In comparison, a drive from Vancouver to Seattle takes two hours of easy driving (including the border stop)... distance is roughly Manila-Baguio more or less.

when i was still assigned at Rosario, La Union, i took my family from laguna to la union on a 12-hour ride for our christmas party. and then we head back to laguna that same night for 5-6 hours. that was last dec. 19, 1999. we used a nissan sentra lec that time.

last dec. 2001, we did another round trip to la union 7-8 hours going to manaoag then to rosario. and then by 4pm we headed back to laguna for another 8 hours. that was my longest drive. this time by a 2001 honda city.
