just wondering mga sirs...mam,
pwede kaya i-upgrade ang adventure to 4wd with strada/pajero underchasis and engine parts or with fulltime 4wd parts :blink:
wala lang wonder ko lang..anu sa tingin nyo...
same goes for our local AUVs...converting them to either part-time/fulltime 4wds..
imagine lang money is of no object..at eto project car mapagtripan mo,e..
trip-trip lang...baka may gusto gumawa,e..

local AUV's pwede kasi sa cavite i've seen a lot 4x4 na although di pa AWD or real-time 4x4. yung adventure mukhang maraming ifa-fabricate pero possible din naman

alam ko may sumagot na niyan dito... teka, mahanap nga...
hindi ba mas madaling bumili na lang ng 2nd hand pickup / SUV kung gusto mo ng 4wd?

Money-is-not-an-issue-side, kung makakakuha ka ng donor chassis & under-pinnings pwede. Pero wala kang mabibiling sariwang galing casa. Body mounts will have to be customized, since they are not from the same category -- being an SUV, pickup & AUV.
Dun sa Tanay merong Land Rover under-pinnings nilagyan ng Tamaraw FX body na gawa ng mga Javier brothers. Halos lahat ng nakakita nun, first impression 4x4 na FX.

nakakita na rin ako nyan... 4x4 na Tamarraw FX! ang laki ng mga gulong at kitang kita na iba ang pang ilalim.

Pero seriously, if you want something with the quality of a factory-built vehicle, talagang mapapagastos ka.
And mas practical nang kumuha na lang ng 4x4 talaga.

Mas hamak na sulit ang gastos kung true 4x4 na sasakyan tsaka i-modify to be a true-bloodied offroader. No use in spending lots of cash just to convert it into a 4x4 with stock parts. You'll also deal with f/r diff lockers, reduction for low gears, suspension & body lifts, tires, bushings & etc... the list just goes on & on ... :D

adventure na 4wheel, you can do it, you need not change the chassis, just buy the whole front suspension of the strada, tranny/transfer and rear diff and trnsfer it to your ride. cut the chassis and seld the front suspension assymbly. may 4wd orig na revo sa ibang asian countries.
