tapos kakabitan ng remote control? meron kasing may kursunada sa bilstein shocks ko. di ba ito madaling masira kapag madalas kong i-adjust ang setting?

Rancho has had enough praises for its adjustable gas pressures. Most 4 wheelers have used this brand, and they have no complains about it. One that I heard though, oil tends to leak out sooner when you adjust it too often. And remote adjust isn't that good in their reports.

You only get the variable setting options other than that wala na. Btw, setting 5 has the same stiffness as an oem shocks.

I use 9000's on my Samurai and I'm very pleased with its performance. The soft setting is great when doing slow offroad sections that require articulation. The harder settings are great when playing "rally driver" on gravel road. The highest setting is really most beneficial if you are towing because it helps minimize squatting and it is definitely harder than oem shocks in my case. I guess it also depends on the weight of the vehicle. As for oil leaks at the shock base. This is usually caused by improper fitment of the air hose into the valve. It is not normal for the shock to leak even if you constantly adjust your settings using the onboard kit.

In my experience though, after the novelty is gone, one usually ends up keeping it in a setting that is comfortable in most situations. In my case, number 2. Just my 2 cents.

hi boybi. naka rs9000 ang Paj ko dati but i replaced it with a bilstein. mas maganda dehamak ang handling capabilities ng bilstein sa SUV. although medyo firmer ang ride compared to rancho, hindi ito harsh hence, retains the comfortability you are looking for.

yung strada ko, naka rs9000 parin. mas bagay sa pick-up ang rancho kasi it takes out the "tag-tag" lalo na sa bed. i highly recommend rs9000's sa mga pick-up truck.

Do you think the 9000 can improve the ride of an AUV (say REVO)? Just curious kung worth it ang investment na ito.

Personally, I think the best first move for an AUV would be to invert the overload springs first. At least yun Php 800.00 lang ang investment (libre pa if you can DIY). If you're still not satisfied, then that is the time to move up to name-brand (and very expensive) shocks.

stroker_200::: If you have deep wallet and enormous budget, why not? I would personally settle for R5000 which also performs well. R9000 is more commonly used for offroad duties. Pero kung tipid budget, like me, better follow what OTEP advised with inverted leaf springs first, then upgrade shocks to a more comfortable level.

we are a fan also of ranchos rs9000 shocks before,ok naman performance nya sa mga naka coils, pero ang tagas ng ride sa mga naka lift springs like our old patrol.

have the remote also in my strada before, kaso lang badtrip, sumisingaw eh.ang mahal pa naman ng remote.sinama ko na when i sold the car.

but now,we are happy with bilsteins.although some are still equipped with 9000's
