Help: My Turbo's busted...

Hi peeps, help!.. just found out that my turbo is busted.. kailangan daw palitan ng repair kit kasi tumatagas raw yung langis and tinutulak na sa intake which causes it to produce black smoke. Also found out that a REPAIR KIT for a Toyota CT20 of a 2LTE engine causes 15k +/-. Siyempre, may reaction was F&*#*#% S%#*!
Anyone know of a better deal or of an expert turbo mechanic para I could have a second opinion?

If worse comes to worse, you could also consider looking for a surplus turbo (of course you have to make sure its in OK condition).
