    mga bossing,

ano ba best buy na pickup? type ko sana hilux kaso mahal ang mga 2000 model for my budget. how about fuego mga peeps? oks ba in terms of performance and maintenance? yung a/c nya ayos ba performance and maintenance? hehehe... hindi katulad ng honda city na kailangan may lagariin para mapull-out ang evaporator. let me know na rin baka may kilala kayo nagbebenta.

    thanks sa lahat ng makakatulong.

    -Zildjian.

    Pare!

among the locally available diesel pick ups, 2 lang talaga gusto ko.

    nissan frontier:

pros: undoubtedly, the smoothest running diesel among pick ups here. also the best in terms of looks. nissan light commercial vehicles are known to be very reliable, ever since the eagle series pick up days. i believe the frontier won't be the country's best selling pick up if it wasn't that good. loads of standard features.

cons: really harsh ride. the suspension was tuned for heavy payloads. it also has the least rear passenger leg room.

    isuzu fuego:

pros: also a great diesel engine, although not as quiet as nissan's diesel. parts available almost everywhere. among all pick ups here, the fuego's interior is my favorite. simple yet practical.

cons: steering feels so light (and also unresponsive). interior panels come off quite easily (ours has cracked wood paneling already).

i'd go for the ford ranger, as it has the most powerful engine in its class! i've driven one already and it can almost accelerate like a sedan... with enough oomph to overtake confidently...

para sakin parang the ford ranger is not a very good choice for segunda mano. parang mas ok to kung brandnew pagkakuha.
reliability para sakin ung main issue dito eh.

no offense to ranger owners. opinion ko lang po.

y not get a nissan frontier since ok naman ang pickup na to. tapos mababa resale value ng nissan so mura yung mga 2ndhands.

o isuzu fuego if u want/need tough reliable engines.

pero love your own tlaga. so hilux nalang hehehe =)
    my 2 cents.

Love your own nga talaga. Sa stance ok talaga porma ng hilux. In stock form ok naman cya. the engine s competent enough pero don't expect zooming past rangers/stradas. Iba talaga pag turbo. sana maglabas toyota ng hilux na 5L turbo hehe...But pag gusto mo marami aftermarket products. Taas ng list of available goodies ng hilux.

Get the strada nalang o fuego. Parang mas maganda ung engines ng dalawang ito compared to the frontier.
