Ride comfort, my vote goes to Prado (LC90 series). A bit of warning though, its front suspensions tend to sag because of a faulty coil spring lock. I've seen numerous 90 series units with failed suspensions after a year or two.

Suspension durability, hats off to the GU Patrol series. Why would Nissan still use it from their previous generation models. :D

IFS ang Prado. Masarap nga sakyan. GU ay live axles pa din. Parang LC80 ang ride so its not too bad din.

Pajero incorporates IFS suspension on double wishbone with torsion type springs. While the Prado utilizes IFS on double wishbone with coils.

For me, they're both the same. Though I haven't receive any bad reviews on Pajero's IFS setup.

Most of the suspension gurus will have to admit that torsion bars tend to be more softer and sedan like compared to coils.
