hens, hindi pa naman ito contract of lease kaya hindi naman siguro delikado, just a proposal, kapag na approve nila yung proposal, dyan nalang papasok ang lawyer namin.

muntik na nga kita di makilala, buti nakita ko sig mo. tonka, syempre kilala pa. sarap ata kumain ng libre :mrgreen: tnx ulit. :wink:

7.Nature of business para alam mo what store nila bodega nila
8.escalation annual increase mo
9.deposits

security deposit

electric deposit

10.lease term how long

blabla na, u write a note adressing them how long for to reply, etc....

trade name type mo lang yung name nd company wanting to lease the place...

gud luck sana kunin pwesto mo. just be flexible sa mga hingi nila. don't be firm, sa hirap ng buhay now, basta may kitain, ok na.
