Napansin ko lang ito when I look at the SUV's now (even new ones). Ung pajero ng uncle ko, brand new, pero nung mineasure ko ang height sa left side and right side, mas mataas ang left side.

Yung trooper naman namin mas mataas ang right side. What could be the explanation for this? Ganito kaya talaga ang mga vehicles with high ground clearance...mas napapansin na tabingi?

     :bald:

According to some aftermarket suspension manufacturers, driver side as stiffer spring rate than passenger side. That means, the driver's side should always be 10-20mm higher than the other side, unloaded sequence. It is quite logic that the vehicle has the extra weight on the driver's side when the vehicle is on motion or in use.

Now to deal with your Trooper, I may pressume it could be he factory did not install the proper spring rate for the driver and passenger side. Inwhich both sides could be interchangable. Isuzu had been designed by the Japanese wherein their driver side is opposite to ours. Same as with the Pajero, the manufacturer could have been properly oriented which stiffer spring side they should install it to.

    Ungas,
    Thanks for editing.

    5 Speed,
hehe, yung sa pick-up ko din mas mataas ng bahagya ang passanger's side. But you wont be able to tell unless you really take a good look at it. Mabuti nalang 200 punder ang brother ko, nacocompensate ang sag sa driver's side kapag sumasakay sha.hehe

As for lifted vehicles sagging, sa observation ko, breasts have a greater tendency to sag.

Isa pang observation ko, masarap kumain ng saging.

sa akin, mas mataas ang driver side kasi sinunod ko yung ds ps na marking sa OME na spring.

    A little ot:

Is it accurate to say that lift kits tend to damage your vehicle's CV joints and other pang ilalims?

And is it easy to revert a vehicle with a 2 inch lift kit back to OEM Ride height?

If sobrang taas, you need to get modified CV joints and other suspension bits.

2 inch lift kit daw Ang gamit niya. Is that enough to severely affect the pang ilalims?

IMO, it will definitely affect CV joint and boot lifespan. But as to whether it's going to be significant or not, will depend on the specific vehicle, use case, and other factors.

At steeper angles, CV joints will experience greater mechanical stress. Add to that rubber boot fatigue, which can potentially cause it to crack and allow dirt to contaminate the CV, accelerating wear.

i had a cousin who had a lifted mazda crew cab. his underchassis headaches never left, until he sold that vehicle.
but it was lifted by much more than just 2 inches. isang dangkal yata...

it should not be difficult to revert from a lifted set-up, back to stock.
one has but to remove the lift kit.
that is, if a decent lift kit was used in the first place, at hindi welding-welding lang ng retazo..
