went to Freeman's shop yesterday to have my steering stabs changed and shocks replaced. i was opting for the bilsteins, pero ang available daw is yung same length as my stock shocks. Freeman suggested na i go for the longer ones baka daw kasi maisipan kong magpa-lift. napaisip tuloy ako. 4x2 lang kasi patrol ko, ipapa-lift ko pa ba? kaso, walang stock ang longer bilsteins, ang meron ni freeman is the TJM Series 2000 XGS shocks. and i was given by freeman 7 days to test the shocks while installed on my ride if i don't like it, i can return it and get my money back or install the bilsteins. a very very good deal! thanks freeman
now for a little review from an amateur. not much of a difference from my previous shocks kapag sa rough roads, baka hindi pa nga nagse-set in. pero sa mga humps, pansin ko hindi na gaanong malakas ang bagsak. yan na lang muna.
boybi::: Congrats! Give them a couple of days to settle. Then make a review of the product you just purchased. Tataas pa yan given with the longer coils and ride would also improve. Welcome to the world of complicated suspension settings!
