    biglang nag loko temp gauge ko. very erratic. pati yung fuel gauge biglang di accurate. yung sending unit for the temp, 2 yung nasa ibabaw ng makina. Ano dun yun o dalawa talaga yun? (ang gulo nung tanong ha?) i unplugged both, walang nangyari so probably grounded somewhere. Guys, what you think? yung temp sending unit under 300php, replacement Japan.

    Kung pati fuel gauge erratic, malamang wala na sa engine ang problem. Check mo sa cluster. Yung mga wiring and stuff. Baka may naglolose lang.

    Yung sa isang sasakyan namin biglang nawawalan ng tach habang tumatakbo. Tinamad na ko hanapin yung problem. hehehe.

    btw.... ano palagi reading ng temp gauge, normal operating temp, ng pajero nyo?? my gen 2 seems to be always a little bit above the half level.... is it normal??

    my friend with a 4m40 engine says di lumalagpas ng 1/4 yung kanya....

    I'm usually in the middle pointing a bit down. Pero nung umakyat kami ng Hi-Peaks nasa bandang 11 o clock.

    i think otep's rigt, somewhere in the middle but akin napansin ko it really takes a longtime to get to the middle. sometimes more than 10minutes na ako driving bago umpisa umakyat.

    garyq, ang mga guage are electrically operated based on the resistance level of your sending unit or fuel level sensor. If both the temp & fuel are affected, the most common problem there is loose connection from the whole circuit to ground.

    busy road: Oo nga bro ito yung suspetsya ko. Problem is wala akong wiring diagram ng MMC so I will have to trace the lines to the ground. Tnx for your comment!
