Got my score of 0.30K :D
Engine: TD42 (natural aspirated)
Change oil: 2 months before test (German made full synth)
Change filters: hours before the emission test
Fuel: Petron Diesel
From what I know, Nissan Diesels are not smoke belchers and most test centers are confident with the engine.
Our Starex van didn't get a well score on its test, 1.68K
Engine: D4BB (natural aspirated)
Change Oil: 1 month before test (Petron All Terrain full syth)
Change filters: 1 month before test (Hyundai OEM parts)

magugulat kayo dito:
0.93
Engine: Isuzu 6BB1
Make & Model: Isuzu Forward (bought 2nd hand in 1983)
Changed oil: more than 3 months ago
Oil: Shell Rimula X ata
Fuel: diesel fuel bought from those no-name dealers.
kaninang hapon lang yung test.
i was very sure na mag-fail sa test. nung tinatapakan na yung accelerator pedal, nasi tabihan lahat ng tao dun sa testing center dahil sa sobrang sakit sa ilong ng amoy nung usok. sumabog pa nga yung tubig sa radiator. sobrang nakakahiya nga e. pero ewan ko bakit pumasa. wala pong lagay yan pero was planning to do so. actually kahit hindi na namin i-pa register yung truck ok lang dahil within the barrio lang ginagamit, pang tapon lang ng abo. nagiisip tuloy ako kung meron bang bumabagsak sa test. tinanong ko sila, me pajero daw na bumagsak a few days ago.Signature

question:

The passing score for 2003 and below models for diesel engines are 2.5K.
Yes, you can have the emission tested even if your registration is not due, the emission passed certificate is good for 2 months from date of issue. If you plan to do it better test your vehicle 2 months before so that necessary adjustments can be done before the re-test if in case the vehicle fails. Re-tests are half of the original price. But the third test would have to be back to its original price again.

tinignan ko yung emission test result nung isa naming truck na well maintained dahil madalas sa metro manila, 0.96 ang result. before the test, pina calibrate namin yung injection pump, tune-up, and change oil. pinalinis din yung exhaust pipe. samantalang itong truck namin na hindi maintained, 0.93 ang result. labo a.
