Fender flares yung nasa fender.

Tanggalin mo yung running board at rear step, mas popogi iyan. Para maiba naman sa mga AUV.

A simple stainless steel A-Bar in front would look nice but it would hurt the excellent apporach angle (45 degrees is rare for a stock vehicle). They're currently covered with round-head bolts.

El Loco, keep it clean simple na lang, wag ka na mag bullbar, fender flare, chuchu blah blah, instead improve suspension na lang, new tires, chrome mags,

Tama si kimpOy. Check out afrasay's GEN I in our respective photo albums (check the signatures).

31X10.5R15 A/T tires on 1996 OEM rims, at side door mouldings (yung generic sa Banawe) lang ang inilagay namin dati, eh. World of difference agad.

1st step: Check all the basic parts of the vehicle is running smoothly. Change any parts that you feel uneasy or that has limited running ability that will incapacitate your new ride.

2nd step: Assess your budget, if you want to have it interior detailed for better smell inside the vehicle.

3rd step: Ask yourself what you want to do with it. Is it for a sunday drive? Offroad vehicle? Everyday use as in pang-harabas?

4th step: For a sunday drive vehicle keep it simple and clean. Kung pang-harabas, keep the basic running parts in tip-top condition para di ka papalya sa gitna ng daan. For offroad use, aba marami kang kelangan gawin to have your ride suit your needs.

5th step: Keep your mind off from those unwanted car accessories that will just make your vehicle look like a ride from carnival or circus arena.

IMO, kung pang occassional offroad din lang naman ang gamit mo nyan, don't bother to put those fender flares and step boards. Kung mapapansin mo sina OTEP, KCboy, pajerokid, afrasay, otomatic, & happiman. Nagtatanggalan sila ng parts instead of putting on. If your OEM bumper is damaged, better get the winch mounted bumpers with existing bullbars. Para may nakaabang ka na incase you want to add winch and auxiliary lights infront. From my experience, you may want to spend for your suspension set-up to achieve the attained vehicle height you want, then tires and/or mags. Tsaka na yung exterior accessories. :D

Ungas,

Pwede naman siguro tanggalin yung cover pag offroad trip then kabit mo recovery gears. Then ibalik mo na lang after the trip. :D

Better get a pin wherein it will be easier to pull it out during offroads then put it back on when your onroad again. :D

Welcome!

The very first step is to put the very famous

DieselClub.Org sticker :D

yun lang, dagdag 300 pogi points kaagad!

Tapos:
2 pcs Hella driving lights in front (yung bilog ha!)
Patatat na busina (Fiamm or Bosch)
Don't bother with the bullbar, pampa- bigat lang yon. (wala sanag mag-react  )
dual a/c (i'm sure single a/c lang yan)
Gripo sa exhaust manifold (to lessen the usok)

isip pa ko ha?

Hella Lights: from 1500 to as much as 30,000 each for HIDs. There many models to choose from.

Fender Flares: Not sure for the price.

Bullbar: Depends on what design you want and thickness of metal. Usually at around 10-15000. These are the plain old bullbars you see attached to your models. I wonder if metal fabircators still manufacture for your model. (ask afrasay, happiman & otomatic baka meron silang di na ginagamit) :D

Snorkel: 2 brands available on the market, Safari snorkels was 13-15000 a month ago. Airtec snorkels might be in the same price range but it depends if Freeman still have the stocks that you may get for a bargained price.

Ungas,

Yup, inaalis ko nga yung tire case for off-roading. Kakainggit.

Hindi gagana yung swaybar disconnects sa Pajero. Problem being, the disconnected swaybars will drop forward and will easily catch rocks or dig itself in mud. Rear swaybar lang naman. The front will stay on.

jay crew,

Taillamp guards iyong goma na yun. May nabibili pa ba nun? Si afrasay naka yellow front clearance lamps. Yung pang USDM Montero. Ungas,

I'm usually running 32 psi on-road and uladen. I can go up to 50psi as conditions may demand.

Off-road, mga 25 psi lang so the tires will hug the rocks and provide more floatation on the soft stuff.
