    Pedestrian Council of Australia

When will our persecution ever end?

They do have valid reasons. But with the work we use our vehicles for, bullbars are indeed an advantage.

Sa HK bawal na din ang bullbars. Bad trip.

When was the last time you ran over a pedestrian?

well, a sedan's bumper would only crack the bones in the legs... the ones on the SUV would cracks the legs, arms, ribs, skull, pelvis, spinal cord, etc.

Kasi kung flexible ang bullbar, it wouldn't stand up to the stresses of being used as a tow point, a jack point and hindi mo na siya pwede gamitin for its reason for existence which is to sustain vehicle drivability even after impact (i.e. with a structure, stray livestock, small tree, etc.).

And kapag nakasagasa ka naman in an SUV (esp. a lifted one), you will just probably run over the pedestrian and kill him anyways.
