Kia Sorento would be good. There are still questions about quality though.

Pajero 2.5 has only driver side airbags, not sure if it has ABS.

Nissan Patrol and Land Cruiser's ride are quite harsh.

Ford Everest's 3rd row seats are useless and it is based on the Ranger so ride quality is similar to a pickup with leaf spring.

Try a used Ford Expedition 2000 and up, price is 900T and up. Of course, there's the fuel consumption issue. Ford Expedition owners: what is the real mileage of this vehicle?

Why not wait for Toyota's Fortuner coming mid next year. It's a 7seat SUV, 3L CRDI with turbo intercooler, price about P1.4M. Toyota quality and reliability.
