Catz/Philips H4 Hi/lo HID KIT <<<=== nothing beats the HID when it comes to lighting. :D

Plus HIDs only consume 35W of power from its source. Not like halogens which counts by the hundreds.

mdpo::: subukan mong mag drive infront of ungas, then you will see the light...

I nominate ungas as our Lighting GURU (LG), hindi po collins ah. Ano say mo OTEP?

If you are going to buy an HID kit, better check the bulb that is included in the package. Imo, I would recommend the D2S bulb with an H4 adapter with hi-low solenoid switch. The old H4 design which the bulb moves itself is a product recall. There are instances that the ceramic holing the bulb gets cracked like the first globes I got. Good thing autolamps had it covered by its warranty and changed them with the D2S and an H4 adapter.

afrasay::: Boss Vic!!!

Yung first generation HID bulbs which is an H4 bulb set puro mga product recall. Kasi po yung ceramic holding the glass bulb may tendency magcrack under rigorous vibrations. Kasi pag gumana yung bright-dim function labas-pasok yung galaw ng first batch HID bulb. Pinalitan na nila yung unang binili ko and they sent me an original HID bulb which is D2S type. then sinamahan nila ng H4 attachment which controls the hi-low beam (a wing type solenoid controlled for bright-dim function). Though the hi-beam is not that helpful not like the bright functions on halogen types. Wala kasing depthness yung HID bright function. Maliwanag at nakakatulong lang pag titingin kayo ng road signs and exit points sa expressways but not 500 meters away from lenses.

Not like halogen type bulbs, pag nag bright ka malinaw yung daan 500 meters beyond your hood line.

Ungas so u mean wag nalang ako mag hylow? yung low beam nalang? panu pag bright function... hmmm parang gusto ko mag ipf nalang na H4 ah hehehe =) di ko lang kasi alam san ikakabit sa trooper. D2s yun ba yung may cover na bakal to remove the glare? swing type? dati sa autolamps ang pinakikita is yung lumalabas pasok na function ngayon pano na yung cover ang imiikot?
