Im 5'7" in height I weigh a lot more than 50kgs
my 2008 strada 3.2GLS sport has clocked 45,469 kms as of today, a lot of runs has been made from north to south of Luzon...Quite a number of offroad trips...all common problems such as steering column, squeaking leafspring etc. has been all solved...
and not even a trace of regret in mind.....
Lets wait for the others input kung may regret sila....ang alam ko kasi medyo maraming may ari ng strada dito eh....

One thing I like about the Nav (planning on buying one in the near future) is PMS cost is low. Strada for some reason is high...

comfort is my number 1 concern when we are still searching for a pickup back in 2008....na test drive ko almost lahat except the ranger...
if the navara is more comfortable I could have chosen it actually...
but it turned out that the strada IMHO has a more comfortable ride...Last edited by locoroco777; August 3rd, 2010 at 04:34 PM.

hahahaha sino may sabi? yong motioncars?
hahaha uli.
spacious if they meet the specs of the individuals that i suggested above. if not, then its not that comfortable. if in doubt, visit each showroom and do a test drive.
again, i own a 4x4 strada before (the new one). for that vehicle to behave like my navara today, i have to change the rear absorbers with OME. i dispose my strada last year in favor of a 4x4 navara.
i would say navara has the best driving position among its class. stock to stock, comfort of navara is far better than strada.

why people ought to buy strada because (accept it or not) of budget constraints.
lots of my friends suffer the same problem. they want navara but could not afford it so they end having strada.
if that is the scenario here in our place, then most likely it the same scenario in the entire philippines.
so in the end, marami (daw) naka-strada hahaha

That's quite true I suppose, pero as the thread title asking which is the best buy. I think the Strada is the best buy cause its cheaper and its not that bad at all...

hahaha
i would not have spent more than 500k my friend if your statement is true. beside when i disposed my strada it was just one year and 3 months old. resale value was too low even for a 4x4. expecting it to be around 1M but settled for 900k only.
but hey, being satisfied of what you buy is PRICELESS.
