The guys here are just thinking of your budget... Here are the currently available 7 seater minivans, in order, from lowest priced to highest (using the price of the top-of-the-line variants)...

    1. Suzuki APV
    2. Chevrolet Zafira
    3. Toyota Innova
    4. Kia Sedona
    5. Mitsubishi Grandis
    6. Chevrolet Venture
    7. Toyota Previa
    8. Chrysler Town & Country

Hyundai Starex is not included in this list, cause it ain't a minivan.

The Toyota Previa is really very nice. The question is... Can your pocket take it?

Think of it this way... If you buy a brandnew Fielmaster at P1.75M instead of a P1.86M Previa, you'll have P110,000 extra cash to buy fuel for your Paj-FM. And, you can drive your family through flooded streets with no worry. However, the Fieldmaster is not a van kaya OT na ito.

Of course, looking at the price, you'll definitely know that the Previa has way better amenities than the Grandis... Previa is more spacious and has sliding doors (a mark of a true minivan) instead of the slightly cramped 3rd row and conventional doors used by Grandis.

But, that's just my opinion. Go check-out the dealerships for yourself...

One that Grandis has is the Mivec engine, which is sweet, aside from that and the looks, I'll go with the Previa.

If you have the an unlimited budget... then the Chrysler Town & Country is for you. A close second would be the Toyota Previa.

Starex for me... diesel fuel and goopd space for 8 peeps plus some luggage.

The Hiace Grandia GL will be launched soon, it was already featured in the Manila Standard motoring section last friday.
