Alternator went kaput!

bumigay alternator ko kahapon. nasira yung diodes and the stator. Total damage, 2.6K. Palit diodes, second hand, orig stator and bearing. Carbon brush ok pa. FYI.

sino gumawa? nasa bahay pa kasi yong back assembly ng alternator for trooper, pagawa ko rin kung hindi naman kamahalan..

redhorse: yung backend ang nasira. Nandun yung mga diode. Hindi original yung kinabit but pareho specs(electronic wise). Galing din nung pagkagawa. Buti di sira yung IC regulator. Yung stator surplus. For the price ok naman yung risk, may 3 months warranty. Nahirapan maghanap nung stator coz di sila nagkakabit ng ni-rewind. KUng meron pa dun then magagawa yun. KCboy: trooper yung oto.

Ask ko lang, wala bang vaccum para sa brakes sa likod ng alternator ng Isuzu engines?

san po ba ginagamit yung vacuum? kasi eto suspect ko dahil tumitigas minsan yung brake ko.

baka may leak sa hose from the vacuum pump . it happend to me before. we thought it was the big round thing behind the master. turns out it was a small leak under the hose near the clamp.
