The question I have is why not?

    cr2032-medium-.jpg

Yes I recently bought CR1616 from Lazada, paid P58 and waited 3 days for delivery. Not my definition of "readily available" compared with CR2032 which Eveready sells right beside AA & AAA at the checkout lane of my grocery store.

We can see in the picture that CR2032 has no problem fitting into the plastic case of my Swift 2017 remote.

Maybe when it's time for Suzuki to produce a "facelift" edition of its remote, the supplier can say "Hey Swift, I can supply that remote cheaper if we use CR2032" (since I am the same supplier for Dongfeng's remotes)

Now , Suzuki being level headed and pragmatic, says "yes"

Result : more profit for Suzuki, less hassle for us losers, po.

Parang natanong ko na to sa fb chat ng mga Nanobox owners, pero will also be asking here, just in case meron na nakapag try..
    1. How do we increase aircon temperature? masyado malamig kapag gabi even on the lowest thermostat setting. Apparently, yung thermostat setting only adjust compressor RPM, and hindi man directly linked sa temperature sensor. Hindi ko pa nasilip sa ilalim ng dashboard kung meron sya separate na aircon "amplifier".
    2. How do we Turn on Aircon compressor while charging? So far wala ako makita config sa OBD, pero baka meron kayo idea? Yun daw Dacia Spring pwede ma turn ON yun sa app, tried the app, kaso hindi pwede sa Nanobox.

Tama ka sir, minsan sobra lamig sya. Ang ginagawa ko na lang is close the vents for the driver and divert the passenger vents away

Never had the need to use aircon while charging. On the contrary, while charging, meron ako desk fan in front of the radiator to cool the inverter and the battery pack for additional precautions

sayang sir yung battery kapag ganun, na sobrang lamig :'(

tapus pag halimbawa, galing sa long drive, then magpahinga sa loob ng sasakyan, while charging sana. Gusto ko mag long drive and pahinga while charging..

Would you guys consider the Nanobox as a good car for Grab or as a taxi?

Probably if it launched as a nissan(as a renault rebadge) and have access to their dealer/parts network

the first operators who will gamble on it,
we will all eagerly await their feedbacks on whether the dealers are able to do adequate post-sales support, i., parts and maintenance.
and car longevity in the midst of mal-maintenance, of course.

Assuming the genset can handle sustained high current draw (which it does not usually) and something big enough you can fit in the trunk, hindi rin mag wowork, since as soon as you plug a charger plug (even if not charging), it disables the aircon compressor.

No I don't think it fits that use case. By the time DC fast chargers are common here, Nanobox Pro Max Super Premium will be the current model haha

Warning to potential San Fernando Pampanga buyers:

I visited my local dealer to sked 5K pms sana. Medyo dismayado ako nung feedback sa kin na wala daw 1.OBD scanner (mahal daw at wala pa budget) 2. Wala sila technical training from Dongfeng Higher ups

Ako unang bumili ng Nanobox dito (Jan 2024). The second purchaser (Feb 2024) had his PMS sa Tarlac pa na sobra layo para sakin.

Up to now (8 months running) 4 pa lang nabenta nila Nanobox.

Feeling ko hindi deserve ng local dealer ang pagka-award sa kanya ng Pampanga dealership. Sana mabigay sa iba na kayang suportahan ang mga buyers. Ang Laus Group (trusted dealer), nakuha nya Jetour dito.

Nanobox , for the price, is a very good EV. Kaya lang, nung kapampangan ka abe, misip kapa makatadwa...
