Yes, our extreme heat this summer does affect "fuel" consumption.

It is correct, doc. 'kWh' is recorded as 'L' due to a limitation of the app used to record mileage. So it is really km/kWh.

Yung price ng kuryente niya is very cheap though. At P10.5/kWh, san to? I understand sa laguna si sir viva. Masmura ba kuryente sa laguna? Sa metro manila nasa P12/kWh+ na e.. unless he is recording the generation charge lang, the price column does not reflect real life costs.

Nonetheless, even if you compute conservatively at P13/kWh, (2290.02km; 327kWh), that is still roughly P1.85/km. A comparable hatchback, even if you compute using wildly unrealistic values (60P/L, 15km/L ave), would still end up costing more than double at P4/km. Heck, just to have the same cost per km on an ICE car, you would have to average 27km/L on P50/L gasoline (if that is even possible).

So my take is, if exclusively looking at P/km, this specific EV is putting out very impressive numbers.

Yes fuelly.com does not accept KWH yet and medyo tamad nako edit pa every time I post.

I am in San Fernando Pampanga and I get my KWH price by dividing my total bill by the KWH used.

This EV hit the sweet spot : midway between Wuling, Ice Cream VS BYD Dolphin etc...

Try a test drive if you have time, It hits something in my heart beyond KM and pesos. Having owned it for 3 months, I'm still pleased to discover some small features of the car that they put special attention to.

I already have a small car so i really cant justify getting a new one. I have solar though so i am seriously getting a small cheap ev for the kids' first cars once they start driving. Initial cost lang iisipin. Running costs are minimal. Di pa makakalayo kasi malilimit ng range. [emoji16]

Mura pala ang kuryente sa san fernando. Sa angeles, we pay 14pesos per thereabouts.

Yes AC uses a high voltage electric compressor.

I call it version 2 : No trunk cover, no eco/sport button, no rear wiper, head unit purely infotainment, reversing camera on bumper instead of emblem

    Para siguro mabigay na mura

One feature they should incorporate in EVs is speed limiting based on the keyfob you hand over to your kids

Before, i usually buy my watch batteries at a kiosk at Festival mall, and I buy doubles, even if it usually just expires on me for fear that the kiosk may one day close shop. But now, all these button batteries are available at Shopee and Lazada.

I always get all of my button cells online... from LR44 to CR2450... for toys, remotes, TPMS, and IoT sensors.

There are a lot of counterfeit products so you should choose which shop to get them from.

Dongfeng going for CR2032 in their keyfob should be a model for other automakers. I might be mistaken for new car models though since my Swift is a 2017 model
