    Wag na magcompete sa car manufacturing vs Thailand.
    Unstable government policies, red tape, mahal electricity, corrupt officials sa LGU and national agencies.
    Other manufacturing areas na lang especially to those companies umalis ng China. Ay, nagpuntahan na pala sa Vietnam Comprehensive Automotive Resurgence Strategy (CARS) Program palpak talaga

    Sobrang fickle kasi ng voters natin every 6 years palit ng party plus daming kontrahan so long term projects hardly gain any traction unless there's a powerful private proponent.
    If not for RSA/SMC and left only to the politicians I bet Skyway3 would still be in limbo.

    agree ako syo.

    palaging opposition nananalo... kaya natitigil existing projects.

    Although making cars locally is just not practical for manufacturers
