Windshield & window rubber gaskets / linings

Ask ko lang po mga peeps kung paano panatilihin na maayos ang mga rubber gasket at lining ng mga windshield at door window para hindi lumutong at nag-crack. Are there any special chemicals, etc. para lalong tumagal ang mga ito aside from minimizing direct exposure to the elements? Thanks in advance!

Clean it po lagi...

Tapos from time to time pahiran mo ng lithium grease... Yan din ginagawa ng casa usually. (I'm talking about door and trunk seals, not glass)

Any white lithium grease, pareparehas lang yan.
