    question ko guys, about sa windshield naman front and rear, ung rubber nya kasi nasisira na, and one time umulan ma nakapasok na water sa rear windsheild ko nagulat ako pagkauwi ko I checked it and may gap na so pwede nga pumasok un water, nasira na kasi ung rubber, mapapa palitan kaya ung rubber lang? san kaya any suggestions? tska magkano kaya aabutin??

    kung gusto mo makatipid, pwede mo iparepair ang seal nyan using silicon sealant..sa mga glass shops or tinting shops meron yan. mabilis lang.

    don't use silicon, nag cre-create ng moisture yun...pwedeng kalawangin yung frame. forgot the name, eto yung pag tuyo..hard rubber sya.

    might be what they call "liquid silicone gasket" by Sudco, etc. Not sure if Pioneer have something similar...

    sir baiskee nagtanong na ko dyan sa KARGLASS banawe, wala daw silang mga goma for windshields (weather strips). nag inquire din kami sa mga auto shops sa banawe suggest nila surplus weather strips pero malaki ang chance na may hiwa na ang mga yun dahil sa pagkalas. The best solution daw is ipagawa sa casa using original weather strips kaya lang super mahal

    3M windshield sealant/adhesive ang packing niya cylindrical na aluminum foil may isang brand din nyan made in austria or italy nkalimutan k lang ung name. pagna2yo yan same sa factory adhesive ng front n back windshield dmo na kaylangan ng silicon, parang rubber din. ginagamit yan kadalasan sa windshield na walang weatherstrip (rubber) kung gamitin sa may weatherstrip sa mga kanto lang. pwedeng pang pasta sa problema mo kaso may special gun applicator yan.
    sa karglass meron cla palagyan mo na lang dun at bigyan m n lang ng tip kung small lang ung problem mo.
    wat car nga pla?

    Karglass uses Sikaflex. They charged me P1,500.00 to install the rear view windshield that i had replaced due to a very poor tint job that resulted in scratches.

    husky hardware, colorvision sa e.rod., colormate sa frisco or sa autopaint shop na may 3M products dati nasa P350 per aluminum tube. nadale ni sir bender sikaflex ung made in italy ata mas cheaper siya ng P50 sa 3M dati (pag dun ka sa karglass buy ng sikaflex nsa around P700 ata)
    magkatabi ang toyorama at toyocars sa banaue last block sa left side b4 E. Rodriguez nandun din ichiban masmalapit na sa E.Rod.
    P1.6T rear at P1.8T front weatherstrip ng GLi sa tyorama.
    ala ako napansin sa ace hardware na 3M or sikaflex

    Oh, the 1.5k i paid was for removing the existing rear windshield and installing a new one along with the adhesive. That requires skilled labor.
