try changing your resonator to a bigger one sa gmedallion mo. Yung gmed ko dati was very quiet using stock tanabe reso. All you can hear was the engine once the vtec kicks in.

depends on what size hole you are talkingh about. If small means the same size hole as your muffler's tail pipe, yes, you would probably get a bit more power from your engine.
