Every 40K (either m/t or a/t)... but for added peace of mind if you always travel on flooded roads or get stuck in traffic and dusty conditions a lot (lalo na kung a/t), you can opt to change at lower intervals. We change our every 20,000km despite the manual saying 40,000km.

Nasa manual yun. Every 40k nga yata sa L300. But some vehicles require more frequent changes (e.g. Kia Besta every 20K kms).

replace the differential oil narin at the same time.
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
